Week 5

Day 1:

Chips, sandwich, apples, apple fritter, wheat thins, pasta

 

Calories 1,941 - Carbs is about 218g (require 103) - Protien 42.5g (require 42) - Fat 45.4 

 

These has to be something that I am missing with my calorie cound because there I am under my calories everyday, and I allways eat a very similar amount of calories

 

 

Day 2:

Chicken strips, potatoes, salad, cheesecake, pizza, soda, breakfast bar

 

Calories according to this, I only ate 1638 - carbs 209g - protien 42g - fat 50

 

I manage to eat more than is required of the carbs and protien, but the calories allways fall short.

 

 

Day 3:

Sandwich, Tacos, Oatmeal, Ritz, Cookies, Chips, Apples, Juice, Breakfast bar

 

Calories 1659 - Carbs 210 - protien 46 - fat 45

 

Today fell within the same range as yesterday, I only ate about one half of my calorie requirements but doubke my other intake.

 

 

Day 4:

 

Sandwich, Apples, Cookies, Chips, Breakfast bar, Chicken, Salad, Cereal

 

This is what I ate on this day but It is an extra day so i dont feel like recording my calories or other stuff
