Since I first started blogging, I have tried to improve my eating habits. My problem with food or not that I'm eating too much sugary or unhealthy items, it’s that I'm not eating enough calories. I have tried to improve and eat more food to meet my daily requirement, but on most days I usually only have meet around two thirds of that.
Ever since we started doing the food chemistry project, my awareness of food how much I eat has increased. I have become more aware of how many calories I consume, and how I should improve that, as well as I learned more about the things that are in food so I understand and I'm more aware of what is and is not healthy.
My perception of food has not really change that much with this project. I'm not obsessive over only eating organic or things like that, but I have learned more about the actual construction of food and what exactly makes it up, and in that way my perception of food has changed.
I have always thought that I was pretty healthy eater. While doing this project and doing food blogs I have found that the food content that I eat is pretty healthy, however, as I have stated before, the amount of food that I eat is not sufficient. So content wise I am a healthy eater, however I need to eat more amounts food per day to make up for the calories that I am missing.
