Week 2

Tuesday:

 

Today I ate:

Pizza

Cereal Bar

Fiber 1 Bar

Chips

Tuna

Chicken

Rice

Salad

 

The total amount of calories was about 1879 this really suprised my because I am supposed to get around 2900 calories a day and I was only meeting 2/3 of it. I really should eat some more food.

 

Saturday:

 

Today I ate:

Toast

Eggs

Apples

Sandwich

Blackberrys

Tacos

Ricecrispy

 

 

The total amount of calories was about 2104.  I did not eat that much today because I was busy from the time I got up to the end of the day. The fact that I only ate 2104 calories is not good because the things I was doing required lots of physical activity from running to carring things, as well as just consistant movement, that left me exausted.

Sunday:

 

Today I ate:

Cereal

Pizza

Candy

Pasta

Salad

Blackberrys

Pear

 

 

The total amount of calories was about 2284, I did not consume as much as  I should have for the day. I did not do much physical activity today so it was not as nessasary to consume that many calories.

Wednesday:

 

Today I ate:

Apple

Peaunut Butter

Tuna

Sandwich

Chips

Bar

Chile

 

 

The total amount of calories was about 2223. I once again did not meet my daily requirements for today, I was about 700 calories away.

 

Thursday:

 

Today I ate:

Apple

Peaunut Butter

Tuna

Sandwich

Chips

Bar

Cookie

Dinner

Cereal

 

The total amount of calories was about 2500, I ate mostly the same thing as yesterday. I still am 400-500 short.
