Pizza, Sandwich, Chips, Crackers, Apple, Meal bar, Chicken, French fries
Calories 2,087 (require 2900) - Protien 87.5 (require 42) - Carb 178 (require 130)
Today I felt like I ate a decent amount but I ended up not really eating that much. The portions could have been smaller or not represented by the nutrition info i got.
Day 2
Apple, Sandwich, Crackers, Chicken, Beef, Chicken, Potato chips, Yogurt
Calories 2,235 - Protien 113 - Carbs 192
Today I felt like I ate more, but once again I ended up not really eating that much. The portions that I ate today were a little odd and inconsistant.
Day 3
Pizza, Burrito, Oatmeal, Apples, Breakfast Bar, Potato Chips
Calories 2,020 - Protien 90 - Carbs 148
Today I did not eat that much variety but I ate a large content of each of my meals. For some reason everyday it feels like i am eating more than i am.
