Math Logo

This is my Logo that i created to reflect my "it", being education. It features an old school house to symbolize the old/current, education system which it what we cant to change. Hence the words "Moving Education Foreword"

This is my logo of the school house after it has been transferred to a graph
X
y

My traced image turned out to resemble my original logo very well. There were some line estimations to make it easier, but the final trace turned out very good and similar.

The steps that I took to create this were:
1) First I found the line equations, I had to calculate each of the equations
2) Then I graphed the equations in grapher by inputing the equations to the program
3) Then I Traced the image out on the lines
4) After that I found the domains and ranges of the lines, domains are the first x and the last x, and the range is the first and last y

For this benchmark i hade to define the areas that would work with the inequalities:
T0 find the regions i had to divide area that had more that 180 degrees on the internal angles. To do this with my logo i had to split it into 15 pieces. (Picture to the right)

For benchmark #5 we had to define each of our regions by a system of inequalities, for my logo i combined some of the regions to lower the amount of them.
For each one I had to take the equations and input the inequality sign into grapher, depending on which way i wanted it to go.
Inequalities shown below

Benchmark #6
For benchmark 6 I created my logo out of foam board. Throughout the project not much has changed with my logo, at the beginning it was basically the same, however when I put it into grapher some lines were moved. If i could do this project over i would probably do something different for my final piece, rather than one that I did. I believe that i used integrity during this project because as well as completing my benchmarks on time, i also balanced running and planning my other classes exhibition.
