Today my total calorie intake was around 2,228 and my total carbohydrates were about 259 grams. I should eat more.

Thursday

 

Sandwich, oactmeal, ritz crackers, cookies, potato chips, apple, cereal bar, pot roast

 

Today my total calorie intake was around 2,983 and my total carbohydrates were about 363 grams. I actually met my calorie goal for today.

Friday

 

Fish taco, cookies, potato chips, apple, cereal bar, french fries, tostada, frozen yogurt, Coke and Shirley Temple.

 

Today my total calorie intake was around 2,174 and my total carbohydrates were about 345 grams. Today I did not fully reach my goal for calories, but I did get almost as many carbohydrates as I did yesterday.

Saturday

 

Toast, eggs, cereal bar, potpie, pepsi, sandwich, pear

 

Today my total calorie intake was around 1700 and my total carbohydrates were about 233 grams. Today did not really eat that much, I was pretty busy all day and just ended up not eating much.

Sunday

 

Cinnamon roll, eggs, sausage, raspberry juice, cereal bar, Beijing beef, chicken, rice, orange chicken, Kung pao chicken

 

Today my total calorie intake was around 2,462 and my total carbohydrates were about 305 grams. It felt like I ate a medium amount today. But I was still low on the amount of calories that I ate.
